Vitamins are a organic molecule. That helps with normal growth and nutrition. However they cannot be synthesized by your body and are only required in small amounts.

There are 2 different classes of vitamin water soluble or fat soluble 13 which is classed as fast soluble and 9 water soluble vitamins.

Good for : healthy eyes healthy teeth and glowy skin

B vitamins

Good for: immune systems helping you to absorb iron and giving you a boost of energy threw the day

Sorces: unprocessed food such as breads as they continue yeast and flour,potatoes,beans and if you are looking for a extra kick some chilli peppers🌶

Over the counter: you can buy vitamin b in local pharmacys and asda

Vitamin c

Helps two: repair and regenerate tissues, helps to maintain your bones and your blood vessels, helps abourb iron

Sources: strawberry🍓, Brussels sprouts,kiwi,oranges and lemons there is so many different fruits and vegetables that you can get vitamin c from!

Over the counter: you can buy vitamin c over the counter but why by when you can enjoy the real thing!

Vitamin D

Helps with : strong and health bones!! Strong teeth now who doesn’t like the sound off that

Sources; sunbathing!! You can sit out side and enjoy a few minutes in the sun and other sources include fish eggs and mushrooms.

Vitamin E

Helps with: forming red blood cells, helping to distribute oxygen around the body

Sources: nuts like almonds,cashew,hazelnuts,walnuts sunflower seeds

Vitamin k

Helps with: preventing blood clots

Sources: all off your green fruit and veg all off your leafy greens.

Iron

Helps with: healthy blood and to build healthy muscles đź’Ş

sorces: soya beans lentils different cereals and the one and only oysters
